Dear Customer,

Many of our suppliers continueto take actions that result in cost increases as well as aggressive commercial terms that we must meet to maintain our supply of the needed materials and servicesto support your orders.To maintain long term continuous supply, we are passing on the smallest percentage ofthese costs via price adjustments, effective September 1, 2021.

Please check this notification email and following new price for the listed impacted devices, effective September 1, 2021.

Please note that for sales orders with scheduled date before 9/1, we are targeting to ship them on scheduled date however if the supply is not able to support before 9/1, we have to ship it with new price.

Understand that the window of time between price increase notification to clients and new price effective date is short, we'll provide you 5 days for your internal review. If you have concern on the price up and would like to cancel the order, it's acceptable. Please send your cancellation request on or before August 28th.

Please confirm back with your acknowledgement on this notice by email to avoid confusion in the future.
