W25Q16JVSSIQ系列SPI FLASH设计为串行外设常用接口（SPI），另有其他容量从512K到512M位提供，W25X系列支持双SPI有效加倍标准SPI时钟速率，W25Q16JVSSIQ系列具有双I/O和四通道I/O SPI，当使用Quad SPI时，时钟速率可达104MHz达到416MHz（50M字节/秒的传输速率）,这是普通串行闪存（50MHz）速率的八倍，甚至超过异步并行闪存，W25Q16JVSSIQ更快的传输速率意味着控制器可以直接从SPI接口执行代码（XIP），或者在将代码隐藏到RAM时进一步提高启动时间，W25Q16JVSSIQ产品提供四通道外设接口（QPI）,支持真正的四通道指令，提高XIP性能并简化控制器电路，该产品使用超小型封装更少的引脚和更少的空间非常适合空间受限的移动和手持应用。
