MCP4725 is a single channel, 12-bit, voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter with integrated EEPROM and an I2C Compatible Serial Interface.

The MCP4725 DAC offers integrated non-volatile memory (EEPROM) which allows DAC register and configuration bit values to be saved at power off. The VREF pin or device VDD can be selected as the DAC’s reference voltage. Power-Down modes enable system current reduction when the DAC output voltage is not required. These devices are available in small 6-pin SOT-23 and DFN 2x2 mm packages.

MCP4725 DAC提供集成的非易失性存储器(EEPROM ),允许在关断时保存DAC寄存器和配置位值。可以选择VREF引脚或器件VDD作为DAC的基准电压。当不需要DAC输出电压时，省电模式可以降低系统电流。这些器件提供6引脚小型SOT-23和DFN 2x2 mm两种封装。
