Lyontek Inc., founded in 2003, headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, is an IC design company. We specialize in the design, development and sales of static random access memory Asynchronous SRAM(low power SRAM and High Speed SRAM) products. Our products are mainly used in:

We also offer other serial interface random access memory SPI/QPI RAM products;

Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) : static random access memory. It is a Memory with static Access function, it does not need to refresh the circuit that can save its internal storage data, and DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) every once in a while, refresh and charge once, otherwise the internal data will disappear, so SRAM has high performance, low power consumption. But SRAM also has its disadvantages, that is, its low integration, the same capacity of DRAM memory can be designed for a smaller volume, but SRAM needs a large volume. The same amount of silicon can produce more DRAM, so SRAM is more expensive.

◎ Advantages, fast speed, do not need to cooperate with memory refresh circuit, can improve the overall efficiency.

◎ Disadvantages, low integration, power failure can not save data, large power consumption, the same capacity volume is larger, and the price is higher, a small number of key systems to improve efficiency.
