MXIC was founded in 1989 in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan. We also develop NAND flash memory system products with our own technology to meet the high quality and high reliability applications required by the advanced embedded market. Since 2001, MXIC has been producing lead-free products with high reliability. Since 2007, all our products have been free of lead.

As a concern for the environment and human health, MXIC has been producing halogen-free products in accordance with international specifications (IEC 61249-2-21, JPCA-ES01 2003, IPC 4101) since 2007.

After the second quarter of 2008, all of our manufactured products were halogen-free. This reaffirms MXIC's strong commitment to working with its customers to protect the planet.
